About me
I'm Eliana Cobos, an accredited tour guide based in Copenhagen — and a citizen of the world.
Born in Colombia, raised in Ecuador, lived as an exchange student in Canada, and now rooted in Denmark, my life has been a journey across cultures, languages, and ways of seeing the world.
Long before I became a guide, I worked as an agribusiness exporter in Quito. Today, I guide people through Copenhagen's streets — but what connects it all is my cultural curiosity and my passion for languages.
For years, I have guided visitors through Copenhagen, sharing history, architecture, and cultural stories.
Again and again, I noticed something: people weren't just interested in hearing facts about the places they visited — they were interested in how these places made them feel. What resonated with them. What surprised them. What stayed with them after the tour was over.
This observation is what led me to create Insightseeings™.

My tours are grounded in history and culture, but they intentionally leave space for silence, noticing, and personal insight. This is what makes them meaningful not only for travelers, but also for people who live here and want to see familiar places with fresh eyes.
While Copenhagen is where my work is rooted, Insightseeing™ is not limited to one destination. It's a way of approaching the world — and everyday life — with more awareness, presence, and intention.
