What is Insightseeing™?
Insightseeing™ is a way of experiencing places — and everyday life — with curiosity, presence, and reflection.
Traveling is not just moving from sight to sight. You can notice how a place feels, what it moves in you, and what it tells you about your inner landscape. And you can do exactly the same in your usual surroundings as well.
That's what Insightseeing™ invites you to do.

At its core, Insightseeing™ connects three elements:

The outer landscape
Streets, buildings, history, and culture

Your inner landscape
Thoughts, emotions, memories, and intuition

Conscious attention
How you move, observe, and reflect
Instead of rushing to "see everything," (f**k must-see lists) with Insightseeing™ you slow the pace and get deeper into the experience.
While Insightseeing™ began as a way to explore destinations like Copenhagen more meaningfully, it doesn't stop there.
You can practice Insightseeing™:
- While walking through a new city
- In your own neighborhood
- On a commute
- While preparing dinner at home
Insight doesn't require a plane ticket
Through my self-guided audio tours — which I call Audio Insightseeings™ — I guide you through Copenhagen while inviting moments of reflection, sensory awareness, and inner exploration. You'll hear history, stories, and cultural context, but also prompts that help you connect what you're seeing to your own experience.
Through Insightseeing™, I also explore ideas like Inner Tourism — using the act of sightseeing to explore your inner landscapes — and Taking Your Travel Self Back Home, the belief that the curious, open, wonder-filled version of ourselves that appears when we travel can be cultivated in everyday life, too.
If you're curious, reflective, and open to experiencing places with depth, Insightseeing™ offers a new way to travel — and a new way to relate to your everyday surroundings.
